Hi Friends and Family!!! Happy Memorial Day and a BIG THANK YOU to our son, Jordan (Air Force), and all the men and women who put their lives on the line every day for our freedoms. We remember those who have paid the ultimate price, and we honor you and your families this day. Jesus said, "Greater love has no man than to lay down his life for his friend." Jesus loves us all so much that He also paid the ultimate price for our ETERNAL FREEDOM!!! Praise be to God for His mercy and unending love toward us!!!!

I apologize in advance for the length of the message! Lots going on and it's been awhile since I wrote to you.

Before I get into the ministry news, an update on my husband Joe. His surgery went really well and he is getting around slowly. He says the pain that he had before surgery is gone and the only pain he is now experiencing is that from the surgery!!! Praise God for His incredible mercy and healing power! On another note, Joe lost his job May 4th. He has a couple of prospects, but because of the surgery has been unable to look diligently. We are both trusting God and know He has a better plan for us. Please pray for this situation and for God's will in our lives. Thank you!

Tuesday, May 19th, was my first speaking engagement with Stonecroft Ministries. It was at the Beaumont/Banning Women's Connection and was called "Tea for Two or More." There was a woman there who taught us all about tea etiquette. Man, there are a lot of rules to properly doing tea!! I'm glad I learned some of the do's and don'ts so I don't embarrass myself should I ever be invited to tea!! Everything was decorated beautifully and what a fun group of ladies out in Beaumont/Banning! My "talk" is called "Have You Ever Been Disappointed by a Pretty Package?" It went really well and the ladies were very kind, complimentary and encouraging. I also sing three songs from my CD during the talk. They loved the music! I was treated like a princess and very much encouraged that day! What a blessing! I pray women were touched and that the Lord used my story to minister to them. My next speaking engagement is Friday June 12th at the Santa Ana/Tustin Christian Women's Connection. Please pray for the ladies who will attend to have hearts open to the gospel. Also that marriages might be renewed and single women will be called to purity and holiness, and will answer that call in obedience.

Great news!! I have now completed 50 ultrasound scans and was signed off by the registered sonographer who is training us at Birth Choice!! I still have to go to Dr. Elfelt's office so he can review my scanning capabilities. Once he signs me off, I will be able to start doing ultrasounds on my own on abortion-minded and abortion-vulnerable women coming in to Birth Choice for help. Please pray that God will use me to save babies and that He will give me an abundance of wisdom and love for my patients. I am so excited to be so close to helping these women make their own educated decision on what is best for them and their baby. I am attending counselor training at Birth Choice this Thursday morning, May 28th. Pray that I am able to absorb much wisdom from Cynthia, one of the counselors there!

I was named Nurse of the Year for Excellence in Nursing in Community Service for the Sharp Metropolitan Medical Campus! It was an honor and I was lavished with gifts and recognition for the accomplishment. Only God can have a secular entity honor someone for doing the work He has called her to do . . . He never ceases to amaze me or to put a smile on my face!

The hymns have now been recorded! I am in the process of reviewing them to make any necessary changes and I am also awaiting two mechanical use licenses on the two that are not in the public domain. I meet with my worship leader, Ricky, Tuesday, who is also an amazing graphic artist, to make changes to the t-shirts he designed for me and to do the cover for the hymns project. I AM TAKING PRE-ORDERS FOR THE HYMNS PROJECT AS I AM ORDERING A LIMITED AMOUNT OF CDs. IF YOU WANT ONE, PLEASE LET ME KNOW BY RESPONDING TO THIS E-MAIL WITH YOUR MAILING ADDRESS. THERE IS NO COST TO PRE-ORDER, IT'S JUST SO I CAN HAVE A NUMBER TO WORK WITH. Pray for all of that and for blessings on Ricky for his continued support and encouragement of my ministry. What a blessing he and his wife Lulu are to me. Pray also specifically for funds to complete these projects and to begin my next CD project. Should any of you feel led to support my ministry, you can send donations to 41985 Black Mountain Trail, Murrieta, CA 92562. Receipts will be sent to you for your taxes. I've never asked for donations before and it feels weird, but I do consider myself a musicianary and would hate to get in the way of what God wants to do through you. Thank you in advance for prayerfully considering it.

You all continue to be a blessing and encouragement to me which spurs me on to do the work God has laid out before me. I love each one of you and would welcome hearing from you and receiving your prayer requests.

Blessings!
